Can I change or cancel my order?

Cancellation or product exchange are not accepted once the order has been produced. In the event of any refund case happens, handling fee will be charged.


Can I customize my company logo on carton?

Sure. We will customize the carton mark according to the requirements of our customers.


If I want to put our company's label on the chair, is that possible?

Yes, We will place the label in the corresponding position according to the customer's requirements.

How much will my delivery cost?

Please contact our sale team and provide the exactly information about delivery address to check the delivery cost accurately.


When will my item be delivered?

Delivery lead times can vary from item to item, depending on whether they are in-stock or custom made-to-order pieces. We recommend checking that you are happy with the estimated delivery time stated before you place your order. Once you have placed your order, you can also view the estimated delivery time for your item in your order confirmation email.

How to guarantee for the product quality?

Our factory has own special inspection personnel to check the quality of each order to ensure the quality of goods before delivery.


Do you accept third-party inspection company to inspect the goods?
